WHAT IS THE AARTYZ RETURN POLICY?
In an odd case, if you do not like your AARTYZ product, here is our policy on returns:
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
- If you have received the damaged product or a wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
- There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.
- No exchange or return for Sarees, Accessories, Home Décor & Fabrics categories.
Products that are eligible for return and can be returned within 10 days. You can ask for replacement or refund.
· In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused in the same condition as you received it. Do not cut the tags.
·The damaged product needs to be notified on the date of delivery or within 24 hours and should be sent back to us within 7 days after receiving the products. You should what’s app or email us a photo of the damaged product.
· Any complaints with regards to damage/stain/stitching or any other issue should be reported and notified within 24 hours of receipt.
· Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
· In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund back the order amount to you.
· We will request you to send the products to us via courier on your own and we will refund the courier amount to the maximum of Rs 99.
· Refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.
· We will refund the money to your Bank Account. You need to share Bank Account details so that refund can be processed as early as possible.
Disclaimer – Almost all the products are hand Block Printed. Being hand printed, the fabric may have slight irregularities in colors and prints. These irregularities are the hallmark of all block-printed products and make each unique piece one-of-its-kind.
